The Golden State Warriors got off to a slow start against the Utah Jazz on Wednesday night but once Stephen Curry warmed up so did the defending champions on the offensive end of the floor.
While Curry and the Warriors are very much so still in a dogfight at the halftime break, Utah leads Golden State 56-55 after 24 minutes of action, the two-time league MVP has did his part to lead the team back by knocking down seven of his first 11 attempts from the field, including four of his five attempts from beyond the arc, for 21 first-half points.
While there is plenty of basketball left to be played, if Curry is able to keep this up then the Warriors should have a great opportunity to pick up yet another road win and move closer to the top of the standings in the Western Conference.
